Use of Website and Enquiries

By using this website, contacting AlterCraft or submitting a lead form, you agree to use the information responsibly and provide accurate enquiry details. Website content is for product and service information and does not create a confirmed order by itself.

Quotations and Orders

• Quotations are based on the measurements, material, finish, hardware, site conditions and scope discussed with you.
• A project is confirmed only after written scope approval, agreed payment terms and any required advance payment.
• Changes in size, finish, accessories, hardware, site work or installation complexity may change the final price and timeline.

Payments and Taxes

Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. GST, transport, installation, payment gateway charges or other taxes/fees may apply as per the accepted quotation or invoice.

Warranty

AlterCraft provides warranty support across eligible products, services, hardware, workmanship and installation wherever applicable. Warranty scope and exclusions are documented at quotation, invoice or handover stage and depend on category, material, brand terms and usage conditions.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate measurements, site access, permissions and electrical/plumbing information where relevant.
• Confirm design, finish, colour, hardware and layout choices before production begins.
• Use products according to care guidance and report defects or service issues promptly with photos and invoice details.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AlterCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our responsibility for any confirmed project is limited to repair, replacement, adjustment or refund as applicable under the accepted scope and law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If unresolved, they will be subject to the competent courts for Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
