Return and Refund Policy

AlterCraft primarily builds custom and made-to-measure furniture. Returns and refunds therefore depend on product type, project stage, defect status and written order scope.
Custom and Made-to-Measure Products
Custom furniture, modular kitchens, wardrobes, beds, flush doors, office interiors, CNC panels and made-to-measure items are generally not returnable after production because they are built to your measurements, material choices and site requirements.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If a product is delivered damaged or appears defective, inform us within 48 hours with clear photos, invoice details and a short description.
- AlterCraft will review the issue and may offer repair, adjustment, replacement, site inspection or another practical resolution depending on the case.
- Warranty and defect support does not cover misuse, water damage, unauthorised alteration, wrong handling, normal wear, colour variation or site damage after handover.
Eligible Refunds
Where a refund is approved in writing, it will be processed to the original payment method or another agreed method after deductions, inspection and documentation. Banking and gateway timelines may vary.
Services and Site Work
Design, measurement, installation, transport and site work charges may be non-refundable once the service has been performed or the team has been allocated, unless a written agreement says otherwise.
