Cancellation & Refund Policy
Altercraft believes in helping its customers as far as possible and therefore follows a cancellation and refund process as described below.
- Cancellations are considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. A cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to vendors or merchants and the shipping process has begun.
- Altercraft does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers or eatables. However, refund or replacement may be considered if the customer establishes that the product quality delivered is not good.
- In case of damaged or defective items, please report the matter to customer service. Such requests are entertained after the merchant checks and determines the issue at their end.
- Damage or quality issues should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the product. If the product received is not as shown on the site or not as expected, the issue must be raised with customer service within 2 days of receiving it.
- After reviewing the complaint, the customer service team will take an appropriate decision.
- For products carrying a manufacturer warranty, complaints should be referred to the manufacturer directly.
- For refunds approved by Altercraft, it may take 16 to 30 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
