• Payment, invoice and tax details only where an order, advance payment or GST invoice is created.

How We Use Information

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a practical furniture, modular kitchen, wardrobe, door, office interior or storage estimate.
• To schedule site visits, confirm measurements, coordinate design, fabrication, delivery, installation and after-sales service.
• To send quotation follow-ups, warranty/service communication and project updates by phone, WhatsApp, email or Meta messaging where you have contacted us or submitted a lead.

Meta Lead Forms and Ads

If you submit a lead form on Facebook, Instagram or another Meta surface, Meta may pre-fill or process your information under its own policies. AlterCraft receives only the lead information you choose to submit, such as your name, phone number, city and project requirement. We use that data to contact you about the requested quote, consultation, site visit or service. Submitting a lead form does not create an order or payment obligation.
