• Natural and engineered materials can have small colour, grain and texture variations. These are normal and not always defects.

Pricing and Quotations

• Website prices are starting references or current product-data references unless a written quotation or invoice says otherwise.
• Final pricing depends on measurement, layout, material, finish, hardware, accessories, transport, installation scope, GST/taxes and site conditions.
• Meta ads, Instagram/Facebook posts, reels and lead form text are promotional information only. A confirmed order requires written scope, quotation acceptance and payment terms.

Warranty and Service

Warranty support is available across eligible AlterCraft products, services, hardware, workmanship and installation wherever applicable. Coverage, exclusions and duration depend on product category, material, brand terms, usage conditions and the final quotation or invoice. Door-specific warranty may apply on eligible flush door specifications, but the overall warranty message is not limited to doors.

Measurements and Site Conditions

Furniture and interiors are affected by wall alignment, floor level, moisture, electrical/plumbing points, lift/stair access and society/site permissions. AlterCraft may revise recommendations or estimates after site measurement if actual conditions differ from initial information.

Third-Party Platforms

When you interact with AlterCraft on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Google, payment gateways or other third-party services, those platforms may also process data under their own policies and terms. AlterCraft is not responsible for third-party platform availability, tracking, policy changes or technical errors.
