Enquiries and Meta Leads
Submitting a website enquiry, WhatsApp message or Meta/Facebook/Instagram lead form is free and does not create a paid order. You can ask us to stop follow-up messages at any time.
Site Visits and Consultations
- Free or paid site visits can be rescheduled subject to team availability.
- If a paid consultation or measurement visit is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment, the visit fee may be adjusted, retained or rescheduled depending on the situation.
- If AlterCraft needs to reschedule due to operational reasons, we will offer the next available slot.
Custom Furniture and Interior Orders
- Custom furniture, modular kitchens, wardrobes, beds, flush doors, office interiors, CNC panels and made-to-measure items can usually be cancelled before material purchase, cutting, fabrication or special procurement begins.
- Once material is purchased, cutting starts, fabrication begins or custom hardware/finish is ordered, cancellation may not be possible.
- Any approved refund or adjustment depends on advance paid, design work completed, site work completed, material committed and third-party costs already incurred.
Advance Payments
Advance payments are used to reserve production time, purchase material and begin design or fabrication. If cancellation is approved, deductions may apply for measurement, design, material, transport, payment gateway charges, taxes or work already completed.
How to Request Cancellation
Contact us on WhatsApp or email support@altercraft.in with your name, phone number, project type, invoice or quotation reference and reason for cancellation. We will review the project stage and respond with the available options.
